2. Spot Prices & Quotes

This website may display live or near-live precious metals spot prices supplied by third-party data providers.

• Spot data may be delayed, interrupted, or inaccurate, and we don't control the third-party feed
• Metal markets move continuously; the number on screen can change before you reach the shop
• Spot is the price of pure metal by weight — your item's value depends on purity, actual weight, and any collector premium
• We are not liable for decisions made in reliance on displayed spot prices

3. Appraisals & Offers

Appraisals performed at our shop are free and carry no obligation on either side.

• An appraisal is our assessment of what we are willing to pay at that moment, not a certified valuation for insurance, estate, tax, or legal purposes
• Offers are valid only during your visit and may change with market movement
• You are free to decline any offer and leave with your items at no cost
• We may decline to purchase any item, for any lawful reason, without explanation
• If you need a formal written appraisal for insurance or probate, you'll need a certified appraiser — that's a different service than what we provide

4. Transactions & Identification

All purchases and sales occur in person at our Greenville location. No transactions are completed through this website.

Identification is required

South Carolina law requires precious-metals dealers to record identifying information — including valid photo identification — from anyone selling to us. We cannot complete a purchase without it. See our Privacy Policy for how those records are handled.

Ownership warranty

By selling items to us, you represent that you are the lawful owner or are authorized to sell them, that they are free of liens and claims, and that they were not obtained unlawfully.

Holding periods

State law may require dealers to hold purchased items for a set period before resale. That's a statutory requirement and applies regardless of the transaction.

Final sale

Purchases made from us are final unless otherwise stated in writing at the time of sale.

5. No Investment Or Financial Advice

Nothing on this site is investment, financial, tax, or legal advice. Precious metals carry market risk and their value can fall as well as rise.

Educational content about metals, coins, and pricing is general information, not a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold anything. Talk to a qualified professional before making financial decisions.
